Opening Night Trailer Party

Thursday October 20 at 5:30 pm
OPEN TO ALL CASH BAR
The Trailer Party kicks off the evening at 5:30 and Slap Shot caps it off at 8 ( $10 Palace special). And—we welcome one of the real Hansen brothers for a special Q&A.

The Mike Saulpaugh jazz trio rings in the Opening Night Trailer Party at Festival headquarters of High Peaks Resort. Each trailer is screened as film-lovers gather over cocktails and movie chatter. It’s a great opportunity to pencil in some must-see features.

All-session passes and “Last Chance” tickets to Lake Placid Laughs Dinner Show and Benefit will also be on sale Thursday night.

Special Guest……Mike Hanson, who appeared as himself as one of the Hanson brothers in the movie, will be at the Palace for an introduction and special Q&A.

Slap Shot has become THE hockey film everyone knows and loves of a failing hockey team that finds success with outrageously violent hockey goonery.
