Essex County Arts Council’s Celebrate the Arts event

While ECAC always celebrates the Arts, Saturday was a special time for artists and organizations to gather in celebration of past achievements and what is to come for 2023!

A thank you to the wonderful community of creative artists and arts organizations of Essex County who joined the Arts Council’s Board of Directors (ECAC) at the Tahawus Center in Au Sable Forks.

ECAC’s Celebrate the Arts event acknowledges the support of the Essex County Supervisors who enable us to do our jobs ensuring that the arts thrive. A shout out as well, to Curdie Gardner for her creative catering!

Tri-Lakes Humane Society presents Yappy Hour

Drink to help shelter animals at Grizle T’s, Yappy Hour event on Thursday, Feb 23rd from 4-7 pm.

Meet up at Grizle T’s at 53 Main St, Saranac Lake, NY, 12983 and for every drink sold during the event, $1 will go to the Tri-Lakes Humane Society.

You can listen to music, sip on cold refreshments and munch on some good food all while making a pawsitive change for the animals. Cheers to change! Community Threads, Fiber Art Exhibition

Community Threads showcases the talents of local fiber artists including Patricia Downs, Suzanne Hokanson, Martha Jackson, and Mona Raye Grubbs.

Community Threads also showcases the work of Home and Career Skills for 6th Grade students from Stafford Middle School.
