Core Strengthening Dance with a Side of Fun!

Thursday, March 14, 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Rediscover the joy of carefree play! This class offers a unique blend of fitness and fun for adults, and although it may seem like only child’s play, it’s not!

Hula hooping effectively targets and strengthens the core muscles, including the abdominals, obliques, and lower back, while toning your arms, and legs with rhythmic movements. You’ll feel the benefits as your whole body engages to strengthen and improve coordination and balance. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned hooper, this class is an open invitation to add a little lightheartedness back into your routine.

Afterwards, head on down to the Craft Bar, grab a cocktail and a delicious bite to keep the good vibes flowing and replenish all those lost calories (wink.)
