Trust Your Clown workshop and performance

(only 4 spaces left)

Saturday and Sunday, September 7-8, 10 – 4

Class of Games: Improvisational Workshop and a performance with Michael Galligan.

Join Alex Clark and Mac MacDevitt for this 2-day workshop exploring improvisational clown with guest artist Michael Galligan. Clown is a form of theater training that places physical expression over words, honesty over wit, and being brave over being funny. In this workshop, unlock your vulnerability, silliness, and courage onstage in pursuit of creating a 5-minute solo act.

Saturday will focus on games, ensemble building, and playing at the “speed of fun.” Sunday we will deepen our connection to that material, shaping it into a performable piece. No prior comedy, theater, or clown experience required.

See improvisational clowning in action Sunday, September 8 at 6:30

Check out the schedule and reserve your place now at ETC HERE.
