ALL THINGS MAPLE

When there’s smoke rising from the stack, we welcome visitors to come out to the Sugar Shack to learn more about maple sugaring. Weekends in March, visitors will have the opportunity to watch how the sweet sap of trees becomes the highlight of a pancake breakfast. Visit during New York’s Maple Weekend of March 26-27 for some special maple programming and showcase of maple products in the Wild Supply Co. (HERE).
