Local award-winning photographer William Adamczak’s photo of a sunset will inspire this acrylic painting class with Patrice Jarvis-Weber.
Using brilliant yellows and oranges for the sky, participants will then use a soft blue for the background mountain and brush on heavy darker shades for the foreground mountain and trees. Because of the photo’s bold hues and definite lines, participants will have an easier opportunity to practice drawing skills and learn methods to put the reflections onto the water.
This workshop is open to all artistic abilities and ages, and all supplies are included.
Payment is required at the time of registration. Space is limited to 8 participants. To register, please call (518)793-2826.
