Study finds engaging with the arts can slow
biological aging

We heard this wonderful story on NPR that shares what we all would have guessed anyway about the power of the arts to better our lives:
“The study published in the journal Innovation in Aging shows the slower rate of aging held up for both the doers of the arts—people who dance, sing or make art—as well as those who take it in by going to concerts, theater or museums.”
Read or listen to the full NPR article HERE.
And to that end, we’d ask you read or reread our fundraising appeal in Adirondack A&E e-News # 691HERE.
We are in no way guranteeing you’ll live longer if you make a donation to ADK A&E—but it sure won’t hurt. And it would help us a lot!
Thank you in advance.
