Synopsis: Hilarity, Texas style! An over-the-top wedding, three feuding sisters and a church full of small town eccentrics. What could possibly go wrong? In this fast-paced, laugh-a-minute comedy, the Futrelle sisters of Fayro, Texas – Frankie (Quinn Lang), Twink (Irelan Porter) and their estranged sister, Honey Raye (Madeline Lender) – are thrown together to pull off a family wedding. But it is not going well. Frankie’s oldest twin daughter Tina-Jo (Eliza Strum) is marrying the son of the queen of what passes for high society in Fayro (Avery Blanchard) and Frankie is desperate to make this wedding an elegant affair. It soon becomes obvious that Fate has other plans. Between Frankie’s suspicions of her husband Dub (Christopher Facteau),

Twink’s revamp of the wedding dinner into a tacky potluck supper, and Honey Raye’s bombshell news that’s fueled her mysterious move back to town, the chances for this wedding being a success are fading fast. In spite of the best efforts of Miss Geneva Musgrave (Sofie Hubbard) – the cantankerous wedding coordinator – and the homespun enthusiasm provided by Dairy Dog employee, Raynerd Chisum (Ivan Ortiz) – the proceedings go hysterically off course. This joyful Southern-fried Jones Hope Wooten Comedy about love, marriage, sisterhood and three hundred pounds of good, ol’ Texas barbeque will have you laughing all the way down the aisle!

Cast and Crew: Avery Blanchard, Christopher Facteau, Madeline Lender, Robert O’Neil, Eliza Strum, Samara Rabideau, Sofie Hubbard, Quinn Lang, Irelan Porter, Xavier Frasier, Emily Woods, Liam Donohue, Bryce Perry, Ivan Ortiz, Gracie Wells, Mason Thompson, Mason Tuthill, Jesse Stormer, Deirdre Kleeman, Cathlynn Woods, Zoe Soukey, Madelyn Drinkwine, Carter Mack, and Carmen Troche.

Director’s Notes: This has been our most ambitious theatre season ever. Our one act, Times Square, included over forty students and many are back for Dearly Beloved. I’m proud and grateful to work with such selfless people. This project is bittersweet though, as it will be the last production with a truly remarkable group of seniors. They are the heart and soul of what we do. Their talents have helped enhance and expand Sentinel Productions.

We are also immensely grateful to our community for coming together for our shows. Whether they are purchasing tickets at the door or even becoming patrons (sponsors), the support has been incredible. I am honored to live and work in such a vibrant arts community.
