Juried Art Show At ADK Artists Guild

March 21 @ 10:00 am - April 20 @ 5:00 pm

The twenty-fourth annual juried art show is currently on display at the Adirondack Artists Guild, through April 20. This year the show can be viewed at the gallery as well as online. The juror, Ken Wiley, selected seventy-three works for the show in a wide range of media.

First prize, donated by the Artists Guild, went to Rachel Kmack of Tupper Lake, for her photograph. “Girl with Embroidery at Window.” Chris Covert of Guide Boat Realty provided the second prize for “Juke Joint,” a watercolor by Kathy Ford of Saranac Lake. The third place winner was Mary Woodcock Johnson of Saranac Lake for her oil painting, “The Quilt Barn,” given by Rich Shapiro and Lindy Ellis of Gear-to-Go Tandems.

Visitors may vote for their favorite work while they are at the gallery. At the end of the show, votes will be tallied and the winner will receive a check donated by a friend of the arts.
