Storytime at the Museum: “River”

10 a.m. at the Chapman. Free

Join us for a journey along the Hudson River! We’ll read “River” by Elisha Cooper, a beautifully illustrated story that follows a solo canoeist as she travels from the mountains to the sea, along the Hudson River.

After the story, participants can bring the river to life by coloring scenes of canoes paddling along the Hudson.

This program is intended for children ages 5-9 but is open to all. Parental participation is encouraged, and supervision is required. This program is free and does not require registration.
