Summer Walking Tours: Downtown Glens Falls Tour

11 a.m. $20/person, $15 for members.

This tour explores the major historical events and figures that shaped Glens Falls, from the signing of the original land patent to becoming one of the most prosperous cities in New York. Participants can park at the Chapman Museum in the lot behind the Museum off Bacon Street. The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and will take place rain or shine. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a hat, water, and either an umbrella or raincoat if needed.

Tours are $20/person or $15 for Chapman members. Payment is required at the time of registration. A minimum of four participants are required for tours to run, and no more than 15 participants per tour. To register, please call (518)793-2826.
