Two workshops with legendary storyteller Scott Whitehair!

Storytelling for Everyone Workshop, Saturday, September 16 from 12:30-2:45:  Scott will facilitate a workshop for storytellers who might want to use stories for personal performances or even in their work in nonprofits or companies. Learn the basics of storytelling while sharing and experimenting with the other participants. A workshop packed with practical information and tons of fun. $15 – Limited to 30 participants.

Generating Material – Stocking the Cupboard, Saturday September 16 from 3:30-5:00: In this workshop Scott will prove that each and every one of us has more stories than we will ever even get to. We will practice some techniques and methods to unearth the mountains of raw material at our disposal, to recognize and capture the stories that surround us every day, and to stop judging our material before we even know what we have. This workshop is about putting down the scalpel and picking up the pickaxe. $15 – Limited to 30 participants.
